Pureglaze - very disappointing service!!

Pureglaze window cleaners badly chipped the sides of a number of my walls while cleaning windows. I have had to re plaster in areas and repaint. I took photos and sent an e-mail to Pureglaze with my complaint. Pureglaze has chosen not to respond to my complaint. Unfortunately a business' service is only as good as the way they handle complaints. I will not use Pureglaze again do not recommend their service!!
