Bad Business service,Incompetence, arguing with customer,Bad communication from the wholesaler

Totally outrageous poor service as a wholesalers.I have ordered items from them and paid full amount including courier fee.From the 14 July I waited until now for my stock ,some items was missing then they recall that they will refund,until now I didn't receive any refund nor on my husband accounts. I ask for proof of paid refund for the 2 items .Always stories from Lovemore no service delivery.I know they deal with a lot of customers I am a customer to.Why does the other customers Bragg about they received they stock is it because they in Cape Town and I'm not I also pay money just like them I don't order 1 item I order 3 to 5 most depend on my clients.No refund is a storie I even compromised with them to ask if they can leave the refund and replace it with the order I placed yesterday.Now it's refund storie with no proof they send me the money.
