I discovered this little gem by accident. Firstly, the staff on the floor are very friendly. They all greeted with a smile. The prices, from what I could see, are very competitive. I bought way more than I set out to buy.

Good day, I am wandering where I could find purina cat cookies. I have been looking everywhere for them and can't seem to get them. I emailed the address on the packet ********** but have not received a reply. Please I am desperate as my cats love these cookies. I just want to know are they discontinued or is a change of packaging taking place or what. Thank you so much for your time Kind Regards Raedene

I recently bought a new bag of Purina dry cat food - seafood flavor (which I bought the exact same of last month) and not 1 of my 3 cats is happy to eat it. For over 4 days now my cats have point blank refused to eat the pellets. Please explain.... same flavor..same brand..a month apart... doesn't make any sense. My cats only eat dry food and normal are not fussy.

I buy nothing but Purina canned dog food when I shop for food for my dogs, and have been a loyal customer for many years. Usually I purchase a minimum of 10 cans using takealot, and if some additional cans are required I will purchase a few from my local Pick n Pay. Unfortunately I find myself sending this email complaint through as although this has happened a few time over the years I am finding this now more regularly. I prefer to purchase the "chunks in gravy" or the "homestyle" can, however I have found that more and more it appears to be less like "chunks in gravy" and more like "chunks in soup", I have attached 3 photos that I took tonight, I do like the fact they my dogs get to have gravy included in their meal, however when they appear to just be eating soup, I don't feel as if I am getting the value for money that I am use to, or that my dogs are getting as much out of their meal as they are accustomed to. Also have to consider if this is merely a scam to use more dog food quicker or keep offering the product at the same price but not actually offering the same quality or quantity as before. I merely want to bring this to your attention, so that this can be looked into and not become the norm or I will have to choice but to find another option for dog food. I am sure I am not the only customer who has noticed this. I have attached only 1 image however I do have images of the barcode and batch no if required.

Purina biggest seller of pet food in South africa ...... selling friskies cat food under friskies and friskies roasts - about three weeks ago we couldnt get the roasts and found that woolworths also ran out of stock of their posh pets (also manufactured by Purina) since then no stock. Phoned Purina, there answer is they cannot meet the demand so have stopped manufacturing for a while .....shouldnt it be the other way around? If you are selling more why not manufacture more ????? Seems to me this is just an excuse as anyone selling a lot of something is going to continue to sell and keep up with the supply and demand, and not stop making the products! Cats are going to suffer as my cats only eat roasts and woolies posh pets so what are they supposed to eat now? If this happened with something that human beings craved like biltong or potato crisps their would be an uproar, this is just not on
