We went there with both our cars every 2nd week, first the one then fetch one and leave the other. Recently they only take cash (not a problem), but they also do not give you a slip, when I paid my car the lady (wife of the owner) said the car is not on the system, let me just give you your change and keys I will sort it out later. When my husband fetch his bakkie, she said you must pay for 2 cars, he said my wife paid for her car when fetching it, she said "by who" he said not sure, then she said you must pay for the bakkie, he said yes that why I am here, the money lying on the counter already, she made the mistake but do not say sorry, they have a problem now with us. Anyway we thought just leave it all and took the cars today, he then said he will not wash our cars anymore, so petty🤣anyway we took it to the car wash just opposite them, must cheaper and very friendly and helpful. Now they lost 7 cars, because my kids and also my mom use to go there and we will also tell our friends about the new place. All of this just because they were wrong by not giving you a slip as prove of payment. Will not advise anyone to go there. They obviously do not need the business.

Justine Lever from Purple Turtle was very quick to take my money for an order i placed with her for embroidery. i sent update requests weekly and she just did not respond to my messages. when i finally got a hold of her via phone 3 weeks later she had the excuse that she doesnt always see her fb messages, but this is how she corresponded with me to take the order at first? She had an excuse that the gown had marks and her suppliers doesnt get stock till next year so she will refund me. i sent her my banking details to do the refund and once again she is ignoring my messages. when i phone her she puts the phone down while i am still talking to her . I have been waiting another 10 days further and still no refund. She took my money and does not refund as she promised. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!
