bad service from PVW Attorneys

I am receiving a bad service from PVW attorneys. In August 1 of BIDVest bakkie registration JY74GKGP bumped my car and run( it was hit and run). I contacted Bidvest then referred to Paladin then paladin referred me to PVW Attorneys from the 21/10/2025 until today I still have not received any help, claiming as a third party. I am still waiting I follow up every week with them, I'm being told they have not received any instruction from their client. They refused to tell me who is the client so i can follow up with them.
