Very bad service

Bad service Good morning

During March 2023 I bought a pylontec lithium ion battery up 5000 for R25300.00 , May 2023 the battery stopped working, I took it back to the seller ( Sunpower) , the seller said he will send it for repairs

July I received a whatsap saying I must come collect my battery, I collected the battery when I reach home the technicians tried to connect the battery but it never worked

I took the battery back to Sunpower and they said they will send it for repairs again , the battery is still with repairs , I sent message through whatsap on 2023-08-02 to the following numbers +27 81 339 5681 , +27 73 058 5558 and +27 62 520 3214 requesting them to replace the battery.

They did not respond to respond to my request, on 2023-08-04 I went to Sunpower repairs and I explained to them that it looks like I payed money for nothing , the person in the repairs borrowed me a battery to use , when I reach home I called technician to come install the battery but unfortunately the battery never worked

I payed money so something that is not working and Sunpower does not want to replace the battery, I request ombudsman to intervene on this matter, All I need is a new battery or my money back because their battery is not working.
