No service after payment made - refuse to refund me - Marlene

This is most likely a ****, payment was made 28 March 2024 for roadworthy and my vehicle license disk and delivery was added as well. it is 7 May 2024, no roadworthy or license disk received to date. Yet the woman (Marlene) tells me on whatsapp every day, "tomorrow". Be warned - you will probably end up losing your money once you pay the invoice. She refuses to refund me.
