QC Shutters
Angelique and her husband did all the quotes and promised installation, 2 deposits were paid, and then the excuses started, R230 000 a year later, no shutters and no communication. They have done this to.many people, its ********! Now they are selling houses, beware!

POOR SERVICE
The most dishonest people I have ever met in my life. They are quick to tell you the business is under spiritual attack, but they have no problem to tell lies, demand payment and not keeping to deadlines, how can you conduct business in this way? The shutter dimensions are not correct and after a disastrous installation process they do not answer any calls. The matter has been referred to the Ombudsman. DO NOT MAKE USE OF QC SHUTTERS!

POOR SERVICE
The most dishonest people I have ever met in my life. They are quick to tell you the business is under spiritual attack, but they have no problem to tell lies, demand payment and not keeping to deadlines, how can you conduct business in this way? Poor service and feedback
Beware of this service provider... we paid a deposit and after 6 weeks they have disappeared - neither Quintin nor Angelique have answered their emails, WhatsApp's, or phone calls. They have not delivered our shutters a spromised.

Beware !! QC Shutters - Dishonest Business
Do Not do business with these people. Took R70 000 deposit from us - we are a blinds and awnings company in Knysna - they do not answer their phones, emails or text messages. Total Radio Silence. Dishonest Company.

QC Shutters are pathetic, poor product and service.
The most pathetic service. Delayed delivery. Installed a damaged shutter and now I cannot get a response from them to correct or replace their product. I cannot open the shutter and cannot get out through my entrance. Disgusting service and disrespect to customers.

All I want is my money returned. No service since June, one excuse after another. Angelique and her husband Quinton promised me time & again that my money would be refunded, a deposit of R54 000.00. Then, no response to phone calls and emails. Daylight *******!!! How can these people sleep at night knowing that they have '******' clients money, yet they continue to trade - accepting new unsuspecting clients & living off ill gains!!!

QC SHUTTERS - VERY POOR SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP ON SHUTTERS
Further to my whatsApp send to you Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 November and my telecon to you on 13 November, please find the following email on my concern. To recall, QC Shutters installed shutters at our holiday house in Hunters Pride Estate as per quotation attached, completed 25 September 2023, As per the photo’s attached found that the shutter slats on the door type shutters in three of the four rooms are breaking out a total of four slats were found. As per your reply when I phoned you confirmed that this is due to man handling and that I will have to pay for the repairs. On 14 November I forwarded you a photo of door shutters installed in my house in Pretoria that you have not since then opened, with handles that you pull to open the doors and fold up accordingly, see attached, the doors supp**** by QC Shutters have no handles and one needs to pull the doors open on the slats being the possible cause of it breaking out. This then confirms that the slats strength is not adequate to accommodate this action. I further confirm that we only used the house four times since 25 September to date. I request you to seriously look into this as a problem that is definitely not man handling of your product. It would be appreciated if you could urgently get back to me on this and the way forward. NO REPLY FORM ANGELIQUE AND HER TEAM!!!!
