They sold me a car with multiple issues, almost every 2 months there was a new issue on the car. I later on discouvered that the vehicle was worked on. It had parts that were losse and got glued together. Their assesment is always false, they make false assumptions just to disqualify your claim for the warranty. PLEASE HERE ME WELL DON NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DELERSHIP< THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING TO YOU, THIS IS ALL TRUE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT> I AM CURRENLTY PAYING FOR A CAR THAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I HAVE ONLY A YEAR OWNING IT.

********* business practices, bad customer service, I bought a car from them with numbers of issues that occurred within 6months of purchase n I contacted them n send me an email with the complain form, with the instruction to take the motor vehicle to rmi approved assessment center at my own cost n listed all things that are not right n needed to be fixed with quotation n they refused to fix or pay for the repairs

If I could give 0 stars I would. The list of issues with Qcars is loooooong: 1) customer service is terrible, 2) they sold us a car as a 2018 model when it was later found it was a 2016 model 3) multiple mechanical and electrical issues that weren't disclosed at the time of sale 4) excessively long times that the car had been in their possession for repairs, in the latest instance, 3 weeks for an airbag sensor and an exhaust gasket, issues that came out (again) only later 5) independent assessor's verdict was that the car was in an accident, it was never mentioned to us at the time of sale 6) the sales people, owner of the dealership we purchased a car at and administrative staff are unhelpful, uncommunicative and uncaring. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER

I bought a car from Qcars in August 2022, their service is decimally poor. I have issues with my car, if I contact them for assistance pertaining to my car, they don't respond to the email I sent them. I don't encourage anyone to do business with these people.

Car purchased on 28 December 2021. Car had less than 55 000 km on the clock. I was traveling about 100km/h on the N3 and the engine developed two holes on two sides of the engine. Oil ended up leaking from the engine. Naturally, the car stopped moving. I needed then to be towed. This was within 3 weeks of me having the car, not even having done 1 000km. I reported the matter. Long story short, Qcars said the damage was caused by me driving over water puddles. I don't believe the assessor is independent. QCars refused me to speak to the assessor directly. The name of his company is not on Google. The assessor uses WordArt on his report. A child in Grade 3, with respect, can do a better job in the design I don't recommend this dealership at all.
