Just over 3 years now trying to get a birth certificate for my son. Literally hundreds of messages with an employee named Lucky. Every day a new promise that he will send me a photograph of the birth certificate and courier it. At this stage I am genuinely unclear whether enterprise is simply a *****.

Good, prompt service.
I'm very happy with their services. Yvonne was prompt to respond to any email I sent her. We received our unabridged birth certificates in 8 weeks as promised.

QLINE ****MERS
These guys are ****mers. I had to pay them R3 024.00 to process a slot for a passport and id application and then had to pay an additional amount of R750.00 at Home Affairs. All that they say is that I paid for the booking. Please don't trust them.

Qline Documents Passports
I was not happy with the service I received I had to pay more than what I was told initially. All that qline done was made an appointment with home affairs definitely will not refer them to my friends or family 😒 🙄 😑 it cost me much more than I was told 🙃 😐

Un LUCKY for some- QLine Scam
Absolutely shocking, disgusting service. Im writing on behalf of an old age pensioner who commissioned Lucky to get her an ID book in March 2021. She paid him R2500 and got nothing in return. He promised to refund the money by 19 December 2022, but this didnt happen either. Yvonne the Manager is uncontactable. What an absolute disgrace

Excellent service received from QLine Document Services! I dealt with Yvonne, who was always very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. Documents were organised and sent to me via courier. Very impressed with the service! Keep up the good work!
