Roof still leaking!!
We've trusted Quality Roofing And Maintenance to seal our roof with Liquid Rubber. Apparently they have a 10year warranty. Or so they say. From the first rains after the roof was done we still struggled with leaks on our roof. Numerous attempts were made to get them to come and fix the roof. Unfortunately they didn't honor their guarantee! After all the money spent our roof still leaks!! So I would definitely not recommend them.
