I would like to lodge a complaint I've been with Quickfin in Mitchells Plain for many years and always app**** for a loan.And has been a loyal client with Quickfin and I received disability grant still at the time in year 2024 and turned 60 in December , so Quickfin never deducted their stokvel money also then knowing I will switch over to Pension grant and this has not been the first time money has not been deducted for the loan I keep on applying for at Quickfin in micthells plain. When I disputed this with them they said the stockvel covers for the loan that was made and not deducted when I started getting pensioners sassa grant and not disability sassa grant any longer. I have called and been to the Branch as everyone knows me well like I said Ive always been a loyal client. And I've tried to make payment arrangements with them and nothing has come from it. Now that I want to apply for a loan again I cannot be assisted due to their negligence as this is not my fault now I'm being flagged at the credit beaurus ...Can someone please assist in this matter urgently . Now that I'm really in need for financial assistance again from easypay of Quickfin I'm being declined for something that is not my fault m Can management or head office please intervene and rectify this for me in order for me to be able to get a loan again please. The staff at the Branch was very disrespectful aswell using fowl languages with me her name is Wedaad which she mentioned I didn't even pay anything but I have money laying there as stokvel money ..when I changed from disability to pensioner sassa grant . This company is a ****, I app**** for a loan and was never told of the outcome or result of the application nor received any funds yet my bank account was debited today. I contacted the company for explanation but the agent, a white woman, was extremely rude and told me there's nothing I can do, even the bank, absolutely. "That's what happens when your black and stupid, read your terms and conditions" her exact words. Right now I'm heading to the consumer ombudsman to get it clear if it was right of them to debit my account, if not, I'll be laying ******** charges against this bogus company!!! My advice, never do business with Qwiekfin!!!

I borrowed R660 from this cash loan,returning is supposed to be R724.50.They deduct R724.50 plus R2500,when disputing they paid me R1782 the difference they refusing to pay me that.R724.50 they dragging their feet no one wants to help me I have been going up and down to their offices and worse the is this lady that works there Sherly useless as ever.i am seriously exhausted with people taking other people for granted

I had R500 rand debited from my bank after they requested to have a Debi check with capitec accepted. I did did not receive tge loan but the money is out of my bank.

This people just sent me a debicheck to ny phone and i accidentally pressed except instead of decline. Now i queried the debiit order they tell me that it will not be payed back its for admin fees and no matter if your loan is declined or accepted they keep the "admin" fee. This is thievery.

My name is Elizabeth Monatsi, Id no 7212100832082 I've app**** for a small loan on 7th Thursday at Quickfin loans in Wynberg. It was approved same day and I signed all the documents, However I did not get the money on that day, I checked again on Friday still no luck. Saturday informed them again that i didn't get the money, then I was given Mitchell's Plain branch number since it stated that I'm a Michell's Plain client. I called Mitchell's Plain branch, the lady told me that their call centre is going to call me to sort out this matter. Till today no one called me to explain to me what's going on. Quickfin loans Michell's Plain Agent don;t care, they don't have customer service, they get irritated when you need their service, they are impatient, and don't want to take responsibility.
