Shocking service from Quickfit Glass & Aluminium

QAG should NEVER be contracted to perform any home renovation job. Their service was shocking, workmanship poor and after sales support non existent.

The installers don't have the correct tools (not even ladders) to do the job, leave the site in a mess and there is no supervision.

The quote was for supply and installation but the plaster work was never done which cost me extra to outsource. One window frame was bent when forced into the opening, another supplied incorrectly and one supplied with the wrong opening orientation. It was so bad the our home stood with 3 empty windows for 12 hours. Once all the plastering was completed they never came back to seal the outside of the windows. It is a year later now! I had to seal the windows on my own.

If you are thinking of using this company I highly recommend that you DON'T. It was a TERRIBLE experience. Rather pay a little extra and get a professional business in who is not in it for a quick profit.
