Well in my own personal experience I'm disgusted with their approach towards their clientele -no people skills or professionalism! They constantly deduct double, refuse to give paperwork and management is never around or available for anything. Numerous times I've had to drop my dispute w.r.t double deductions because management is never available and the consultants are rife with incompetence and cannot assist you with any query you may come with. Quite a few people had complained about the double deductions but I've yet to see resolution for any of us! I have since been trapped in this loan-loop otherwise I'd be unable to even pay my rent because they're so dismissive and nonchalant and noone knows what 2 do 2 get satisfaction as they DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT AN AUDIT IS!
