poor customer support (R & B Motor Engineering CC)

These guys carried out engineering work on my cylinder heads and used wrongs specs this was only pickup after the engine was partially assembled, issue was reported to them and they agreed to fix their error and compensate me for the gaskets used which is a once only used gasket. its been one year and they don't respond to any e- mails. very poor customer support
