Dissatisfaction about Rosebank 's treatment

I registered my daughter at Rosebank College for Bachelor in Business Systems (IT) in 2021. To our surprise In 2022 she was not given end of academic year results. I visited the College many times for the results, however, I was told that the college can not retrieve students results due to their system failure but they are working on it and students will receive their results soon. They then requested my daughter to resubmit her assignments. Up until now no results received. Recently they told my daughter to register and start a new Degree because the one she was registered in is phased out. It is due to the above that I write to you for help. My daughter's particulars are: Mothoa Modipadi Malebo Student No: 10130612 Course : Bachelor in Business Systems (IT) Frustrated Parent. Kind regards.
