Extremely Poor Building Service
Construction work started off very well on various small projects in February 2015. In March 2015, quotes were requested and received for specific aluminium doors, sliding gate cast-in work and electrical work. Deposits were paid and thereafter I found out that the supplier aluminium door specs were changed without my consent. Cast-in work was avoided from the start and to this day not attempted, despite the deposits. Electrical work was extremely shoddy and I have photos to prove it. Three months after the deposits have been paid, the work has in reality not been attempted, feeble attempts made and excuses are heard all the time. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially from the viewpoint that close to R30 000 were paid in deposits and nothing has been received. This specific company is a shame to the construction and project management industry in South Africa. Please do not do business with such characters !!!!!!
