The Radisson Blu Azuri Resort fell very well short of expectations. Despite being all-inclusive, the food in the main dining area was well below & subpar it's an absolute disaster and someone will get sick sooner than later . It really is awful, the ****tails from the bar are a disgrace, nothing looks like the photos on the web page. I never saw or ordered one drink that even remotely looked like the photos. The coffee machine area was so bad 5 s****s shared between all the coffee consumers, it stank of a sour milk smell and dirty walls to boot, it's so bad. It has a low-cost cafeteria feel rather than a 4-star hotel. The bar was poorly stocked, with unwashed plastic beer and ****tail cups, so tacky so budget. The constant loud music on the verandah pool area , whether from the speakers all day or the live band or DJ at night was overwhelming. The wait staff seemed drained, struggling to provide good service almost like the life was being sucked out of them . The room was spacious and mostly clean, but the promised ocean view was a false beach overlooking the noisy pool bar area. The other restaurants were average at best definitely with better staff but overpriced food for what you get. Overall, the resort felt like a chaotic cheap music venue rather than a relaxing 4 star island getaway. This experience has tarnished the Radisson name, despite some staff members' efforts to get the job done properly one being reception and the odd waiter here and there. The pool near the gym was the only highlight. The spa is a *******. Thompsons Holidays an absolute joke. Photos online look nothing like the place. Food is disgusting. It's a very poor substitute for an island getaway. I am not impressed in fact I, my wife and my daughter packed our bags and left 4 days early. Figure that leaving 4 days early into an all inc and I mean all inclusive holiday. It was that bad. Never again!!!!

I visited the Gautrain hotel hoping to see my friend who visited from England and hadnt seen in 9 years. To my surprise the gentlemen on duty on the third floor denied me access. I wasn't afforded the chance to call the room number or even wait at reception. What disappointed me the most is I had booked and paid in full for three nights but that did not mean anything.

I'm hugely dissatisfied with how I was treated this evening and as a regular with Radisson Blu I regret being loyal to them and recommending my family and friends if this is the kind of service they received.

I am currently staying at Radisson Blu Azuri Resort and I must honestly say I am not very impressed the resort itself is great but reception staff are very unprofessional. I had made a booking 2 days ago to go on a Kayak Safari was told to wait at the reception at 10am for the guide after waiting for over 30min the concierge casually told us the guide is only available after 14:00 no apology no alternative.
The Resort is in a very remote location and there is no shuttle service we ended up having to pay 500 mru to get to the next village as my wife needed a pharmacy urgently. At their ocean one restaurant I ordered a burger with chips 400mru for that price I could have a excellent meal back home anyways that wasn't the problem the burger patty tasted disgusting as if there where detergents in it after complaining the manager came to the kitchen but never bothered to come to our Table. Instead they waived the charge for something that is anyway in my All inclusive package again very unprofessional.
The Beach at the resort is a flop as it is situated next to a river mouth thus the water is very murky to get clean turquoise water you need to walk 2km to a public beach again no shuttle service.
The staff off the Bar ,waiter, cleaner and Boathouse are very friendly and did assist wherever they could big thank you to them. In conclusion I don't recommend the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort for a lack of service you would get in any other 3, 4 or 5star resort I am very dissatisfied with Radisson Blu. Next time we will book with another resort in a location closer to basic amenities. Let Morne is a much better location on the island
