I honestly don’t know the names of these lovely staff here, but after having a really horrible journey and lots and lots of hiccups, these are the nicest people in the world. Thanks for getting my room key sorted, the payment sorted and a complimentary drink delivered to my room, by staff who just genuinely seem kind. What a glorious end to a bad day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE STAFF AND TEAM!

Be careful when you pay your check-out bill. You will be charged AGAIN for dinner bills that you have already paid, they do not deduct the vouchers nor any payments that you have already made. When you query it, they take their time to produce the signed slips and will then simply not provide you with feedback when you have evidenced that they overcharged you. 75% of my bill was overcharged and I am not getting any feedback on complaints and the manager ignores all calls... They are simply ******* or perhaps even *****sters...

I booked a suite with a Waterfront view and arrived quite late at night on a flight for a 3 night stay. What I got was a first floor "view" of the side of silo. Just cement and mortar, nothing else. Only some rooms have an actual view. It was so depressing that I convinced the hotel to rather give me a standard room, somewhat higher up with a bit of a view. I was promised either a refund, or two nights in a room like I actually booked as compensation at a later date. This did not materialize. I was offered one night in a standard room (because they "calculated" the loss). There are no way of really making up for that dissapointing 3 nights and they clearly don't care. I think Radisson is a no-go for me in the future.

I suffered assault by one of their guests as a guest myself and then I was held hostage at reception, I screamed for police, half undressed. They dragged me and beat me. I was defending myself and trying to escape. Elizabeth from saps Harbour rescued me and escorted me to hospital immediately. Internal bleeding and bruising was bad but nothing broken. I hope no one stays here.

Excellent service, friendly staff and specific mention to Amanda, Nasir & Belinda. Great location, clean venue and truly awesome staff all around. The only reason I am not giving this a full 5 stars is the parking; I am sure that can be factored into the pricing for the hotel accommodation and negotiated with the parking providers near by. I would definitely recommend this hotel

28th November 2020 - We paid R1800 for a 1 NIGHT Stay to get a room with what Radisson Red calls a Mountain View. I asked the lady at reception for a room with a balcony, and we were told none was available when we checked in. Minutes later a friend of ours checked in and got a room with a balcony for R1300.. Then getting stuck on the 1st floor in the lift was no joke as I am claustrophobic. It wasn't for long but it was long enough! Expired Milk in my room!! Dated 06/11/20 We were told breakfast would be on the rooftop, but when we got there, we were then sent down to the restaurant.. Very disappointed with that part of the morning, no doubt breakfast we GREAT but would've given it a better rating if it was on the rooftop as advised.
