My son's 16th birthday nightmare
Bought a used bike through them although I had the opportunity to buy directly from previous owner. Finance application took two weeks, lost documents four times?? After several assurances that the bike was checked by the workshop it turned out to be a lemon. Reported it immediately, took more than a week to respond and pick the bike up. Took more than a week and personal visit to get the bike through the workshop. On their advice sale was cancelled. Settled the finance immediately myself, still paid an installment and now struggling for two weeks to get my money out of them. Miguel never available, finance lady not keeping her promises. What was meant to be my son's 16th birthday gift turned out to be a nightmare, and still not over. Lost my reservation on another bike while waiting for the money.

<p>I recently traded in my 1050 for a used 1190. The experience has been such an awesome adventure (excuse the pun), RAD offered me a good trade in on the 1050, and assisted me with the finance through my bank of choice, and assisted me in transfering the after market extras that I had added to my 1050 to the 1190, without a hassel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to give a big shout out to all the RAD staff and thank them for all they have done for me. Morne, Mark, Shaun, Andries, Heather, Pixi, and the rest of the workshop team (sure I have missed a few). </p> <p> </p> <p>Your service ethos is commendable, Keep up the great work guys!!</p>
