Shopping experience @ Rafi's appliances 19.06.2021 & 21.06.2021

I would just like to express my total and utter enjoyable experience we had shopping at your store.

From the time I contacted the 1st lady to assist me with the chest freezer we were looking to uncle Rafi who personally helped us and to the ladies who assisted us at the tills on Saturday and today (21.06.2021) - all I can say is WOW.

Thank you so, so much for the service you gave to us, the friendly manner we were approached by everyone and the final product of getting my delivery on time.

Service like this does not exist in Port Elizabeth and I just really and sincerely want to say from the bottom of our hearts ... THANK YOU!
