car documents still outstanding

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a car cash in May 2017, at Rainbow Auto in vereeninging and still to this day I have not yet recived the documents from the garage stating that the car is iin my name, I have also not recived the new number plates for the car and everytime i go to the, they tell me i should come back after 21 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>this has being going on from May and to this day I have not yet received any documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p> </p> <p>LJ Msimanga</p>
