Very Bad Service on Rakseke Attorneysing Services.

I Bought a house cash in last year March, paid it through Rakseke Attorneysing Services until now I don't have the tittle deeds & I am very unhappy with their services & I paid transfer fees as well but still no title deeds & communication is very bad from them. IS THERE ANY Assistance out there where I can go to.
