Excellent service
Excellent service for your pets. Left my dog whilst on holiday for 10days. He attended their training as well as boarding. He came back all smiles not depressed and training really has worked. He had grooming done as well. Great staff and good place for your pets to stay while you away.

Excellent service

Hurt my dog
Left pur dog over the weekend and when he was home we noticed a flesh wound on his thigh. We go a hold of the owners and they tried to make it seem like it was an allergy reaction!! Took it to a vet and he confirmed the dog was hurt and you can see the skin sc****d off. This dog is like a child to my mum and she is quite distraught. Please dont take your dog here as they will just make excuses if things go wrong, like we are that naive!!

LOST OUR PET AFTER A LONG WEEKEND!!
Raluns charged us for 3 cats, took in 3 cats and delivered back to us 2 cats today after a long weekend to our devastated mom. They don't know where the cat has disappeared to between loading and delivery and say that there is nothing that can be done. Thanks for losing one of our precious babies!!!!! Then not even being able to provide us with an approximate location because they don't have any clue as to where she may be. All they can say is that this not about blame! Yes it is!!! We trusted you to care for our pets and now we don't know where she is or whether she is alive. Such blatant negligence cannot go without blame! All it would take for a kindergarden or school to lose credibility is to lose one child. Surely losing even one persons precious fur child deserves the same kind of attention!
