Incompetent roads planning, design and maintenance services

The municipal roads in Zeerust town, Lehurutshe and villages are in a horrible condition. No meaningful maintenance has been done on the roads since before 1994 (During the Bophuthatswana Homeland era). My car is damaged by the severe shaking caused by driving on a horrible road.
