TREATED WITH RUDE ATTITUDE

2021 March we were contacted by this firm to come sign for a lost Title Deed in their office, we were promised that it will take 4 weeks for them to receive it from PTA. We made follow ups with no success the following months, then this year 2022 from February we've been sending mails with no response, left telephonic messages with no response either until today when I forcefully told the receptionist that I will hold. Still the lady named Sibongile (Bongi Sithole on email) gave me unaccepted attitude, she was so rude when I asked her why she couldn't respond our mails. It is no good Attorneys firm at all.
