FIRSTRAND BANK LIMITED: LEGAL ACC - FNB CREDIT CARD OUTSTANDING DEBT

<p>This company has a lot of consultants that is working for it but doesn't know anything. They speak so fast on the phone and sound also not in the mood to work, they are always tired. I have requested statements of what is owed to them in 2014, they advise they will contact FNB to get the statements, they never return with the infomation. After the whole fight on the phone, i received statements dated 2015 Feb, I owe now double the amount, as they don't supply me infomation on the account and i refuse to pay the account since 2014 as I don't get the information from them. The amounts i paid is not availble on the statements, the interest on the account is very high like R431.14, R486.63, R497.14 and going higher ever 30 days. I am not sure why the high interest and also now they are contactting me to settle the account as they are willing to give me discount if i setting within 3 months. I still don't have a statement or has been advised on the interest, my payments that was received. this is terrible, I keep on paying with no feedback.</p>
