Poor Service from Randburg Magistrates Court Deceased Estates

terrible service provided by their office who handles deceased estates. Beig trying for more than a year to get a letter of authority without success. Lat visit, a couple of months ago, they said that they need to forward the file to Joburg city Centre, and that we would then have to go in there ourselves to finalize the matter. after repeated enquiries as to whether the file was forwarded, no response has been received. This is from the person involved, his manager, and the courts manager. The service and total lack of concern is an absolute disgrace.
