Randburg CBD A Hot Messy
Today, I drove to Randburg Square to support Pedro's restaurant, but the journey was unpleasant as I passed through a very busy and kind of neglected Pretoria street. Honestly, Randburg Square itself is in a sad state—it’s untidy and in desperate need of attention. I couldn't help but wonder what the local government and Vukile, the owners of Randburg Square, are doing about it. I did not even bother to go inside the mall to check Pedros restaurant I just was put off. I stopped to chat with a local barber and asked him why the area had become so rundown, almost like a dumping ground. He explained that many buses, trucks, and containers parked there day and night are owned by Malawians. What really shook me is that, he said at night, these people relieve themselves anywhere, and by morning, the place reeks of sewage. Those who have caravans start cleaning up in the morning before preparing food, while others are cutting hair or fixing cars. The Malawian community, he said, lives in the buses and trucks. It’s clear that the place is in disarray, yet the government seems to be doing nothing to address the situation. Our country and suburbs are being rundown by foreign people and our government is mute. My question is why are they allowed to use that parking lot in the first place, who are they paying... I'm just confused and wondering why the owners of the square and law enforcement in the area ain't doing anything to stop this nonsense.

Poor customer service
I received a very bad service from one of your representatives by the name of Nthabiseng I did not get her Surname. i forgot my bank card at home on my way to work and quickly did cash send and accidentally pressed done without taking a screenshot of the C number it was 07:45 in the morning 3 ladies were sitting on their desk playing with their phones, I humbly asked to be assisted and she said to me I should scream from the glass door she can hear me she can't come to the door since her shift is starting at 8am, I told her what I needed and she mumbled I could barely hear a word and she immediately got irritated, stood up and went to the back with the other lady. the incident happened on Thursday the 6th of June, i had to go back on Saturday to get assistance. she lacks customer service; she doesn't treat people with respect. i can't imagine her service she is providing to elders. i will never recommend her.

Gym Assault
Beware ladies intimidated and physically assaulted in the gym. Not a safe space for females especially during loadshedding with no backup generator and surveillance cameras off. You can be assaulted with no consequence.

Inhumane
There is a sewer leak from Randburg Square which is running down Pretoria Avenue. This is at the corner of Sentrum and Pretoria Avenue. This has been going on for almost two weeks and it is running right in front of our residential area Rand President Apartment Building. Management on Randburg Square doesn't care because it is not going anywhere close to thier business and thier clients. This is a health hazard and daily we are inhaling the the terrible smell. We are going for the third week and no one seems to care. This is going all the way down Pretoria Avenue into Dover Street. We got the following details to contact people who are part of management who can help Hayley on 0720616054, and Louveina 0823301646, the two don't answer thier phones and they will never even return calls Randburg Square Centre has a huge financial muscle and don't care about the welfare of other people

USE VODACOM, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT
dISGUSTING SERVICE RUN BY TWO LAZY, UNFRIENDLY BLACK WOMAN, WHO ARE VERY INEFFECIENT AND RUDE. MY PHONE WAS STOLEN, THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO GET AN AFFIDAVID FROM THE POLICE STATION, WHEN I GOT THERE THEY SAID TO I DIDN'T INCLUDE "THAT I AM THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE SIM CARD. I SHOWED THEM MY ID AND THE ID NUMBER ON THE AFFIDAVID. THE CALL CENTRE HAVE GOT MONKEYS. THIS IS MY BUSINESS NUMBERS AND IDESPERATELY NEED THEM
