Randfontein Municipality a Disaster

Hello Peter. Am really upset and angry at the Randfontein Municipality. We have been having alot if blackout in Mohlakeng area past few months. worse the electricity goes for more than 18 hours a day. My biggest worry is the chronic patients and small babies. Like the Municipality doesn't care yet we pay rent close to R2 000 every single month . They keep telling us lies about cables being stolen or Transformers the issue of it Transformers is so outdated because they have been saying stories about it for more than 5 years without a solution. Can anyone help on investigating what is happening because they ride beautiful cars yet they still owe Eskom billions
