Disgusting service received
My vehicle was referred to this panel beater by my insurance company. Yesterday when I went to go and fetch my vehicle I had problems with the repairs they have done. They were supposed to replace my headlamp as the clip broke from the headlamp. But instead they glued the clip and the headlamp together. They also used pirate parts on my vehicle. They replaced my bumper but it doesn't line up, when I informed them of this their response was it's the best they can do. I'm highly disgusted with the service received from this company, they can't provide you with feedback. You have to phone them the whole time to find out what's going on.

Disgusting service received

Randfontein panel ****ters
I've been calling these people from last week and they've been telling me that my car is going for painting. When I called this morning they said the car will be ready before closing time. I'm here at closing time and they are telling me that the car we've been discussing on the phone is not my car. My car isn't even drivable. They don't when it will be ready coz the person working on it is not on duty.

<p>Very bad service i sent my car in for repairs, they changed my radiator and never filled it with water, they changed my bonnet and broke my badge and glued it back on, charged us nearly R14k. ill never take my car to them again. by the way the owner of Randfontein Panelbeaters is Ben Morganrood</p>
