After Carte Blanche did an investigation on Rapid Pools scamming and thievery, the owner Gus said that they will prove Carte Blanche as Liars. The only way to do this was to complete the pools or repay all the customers that they scammed. After I agreed to accept a monthly repayment from Rapid Pools, I still did not receive a cent. They are still busy stealing and conniving. So many victims are still out of all the moneys they paid Rapid Pools. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
