Tshidi Building Construction Fraud

My parents hired Tshidi building construction Pty ltd from Tembisa to build rooms in their back yard. Paid him the deposit and once the roof was up they paid the balance. Since then the owner of the company Tshidiso has stopped coming to the house to finish the project. When he is called he says that he is sick my mom kept calling him saying tenants want to move in all he said was he is sick but will make a plan. Today my father went to a hardware store only to bump into Tshidiso who was very well and probably doing shopping for his next project. When asked if he has now healed he said he was on his way to come to the house to finish the project which but he didn't pitch. My mother showed nothing but kindness to this man and his crew, cooking warm meals for them every single day without getting paid then goes and does this. My parents have now resorted to trying to finish the project themselves since it doesn't seem like Tshidiso will show.
