Fed Up!!!
I've worked with Rapid Rentals - Pretoria for almost two years now. I've had the most excruciating experience with Rapid Rentals in Pretoria it leaves my jaw really strained and my body weak!. Most disrespectful Accounts staff I've ever dealt with. Every 6 months they try ******ing extra money from me even though i pay extra and in advance. There's always a new person that doesn't have a cooking clue what they are doing, or what the bonkers is going on!

Fed Up!!!

BAD SERVICE
This agency should be closed. The customer service is very poor but hey they are big on money. I gave them 2 months notice but they insist i owe them. No matter desperate you are never sign a contract with them or you will regret for the rest of your life. BAD SERVICE

This agency should be closed. The customer service is very poor but hey they are big on money. I gave them 2 months notice but they insist i owe them. No matter desperate you are never sign a contract with them or you will regret for the rest of your life. BAD SERVICE

THINK TWICE!! GUARANTEED!! We recently purchased a property that included both a house and a flat, rented out by Rapid. While the house was cleaned and handed over in acceptable condition, the flat was left in a disgusting and unhygienic state. Rapid claimed the property was sold voetstoots, but failed to disclose the poor condition of the flat, and also damage to outside equipment, ****** equipment, water leakage, etc. which only became visible once we received the "some" keys. I first rented a house from them and then bought the property listed by them. Despite being two separate units, both were managed by the same agency, and I expected consistent standards of care and maintenance. Instead, I was held liable for cleaning issues at the first rented house caused by previous tenants and Rapid is hiding behind voetstoots on the bought property to leave a house with broken equipment that they knew about and filthy flat without cleaning. To make matters worse: Rapid is deducting obscure money for cleaning whilst I personally cleaned. The previous tenants from the bought property left overnight, and it’s possible that their deposit was withheld, but the property was never cleaned. Damages and ****** equipment were never disclosed prior to the sale of the property. Rapid’s lack of transparency and inconsistent standards are deeply concerning. If you're considering using them as a rental or property agency, I strongly advise you to think twice ... "brilliant" to move in as a tenant-a night-mare to move out and a night-mare to be a buyer! Rapid Rentals is bull..
I strongly caution anyone considering renting through Rapid Rentals. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the return of my deposit. They are not transparent with their deductions and seem to take advantage of tenants, making unfair and excessive charges. If you expect to get your deposit back, think again. Rapid Rentals finds every possible excuse to withhold your money, and their lack of honesty in this matter is alarming. I urge future tenants to be extremely cautious once you hand over your deposit, you might as well consider it gone. Rent through other rentals companies if you want fair treatment and financial transparency.i wish there was an option to upload document so i can upload my statement ,they did me dirty.

His prompt feedback and follow-through on repairs are greatly appreciated. Reception is handled by Monja Den Held Le Roy with grace. Lastly, Coreen Scheepers handles general inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism. Her ability to manage any situation with tact and kindness is a testament to the exceptional customer service Rapid Rentals is known for. Overall, I cannot recommend Rapid Rentals highly enough. Overcharging clients
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Rapid Rentals that left me feeling both disappointed and taken advantage of. I had been feeling unsafe in my home, suspecting that someone may have been accessing my property. In an effort to regain some peace of mind, I contacted Rapid Rentals to change the door locks. I was shocked when I received the bill for a total of R2,400 for this simple service. The maintenance guy who came to replace the locks mentioned that the cost of the locks themselves was around R600. They are useless and taking advantage of tenants
