***** location and safety concern

If I could, I’d rate them a 0. I drove over 50m to the random location, as per the address given on the email. I got there before 5pm, only to find it closed. They then inform me that they are gone and that’s not the exact location then gave me further instructions to get to their factory. I’ve been trying to call (before 5) but the call wasn’t going through and no one answered me up until I reached out to them on IG. Mind you, it’s not in a safe area but I was still looking for their factory and had a few people helping me out but we couldn’t find the factory. Terrible service I must say, they should also consider having WhatsApp cuz they take forever to respond to our phone calls.
