Rapport newspaper non existent delivery service

Worst delivery service ever. Service levels non existent. Erratic delivery and last 4 Sundays in a row no delivery. Staff refers and pass the buck. No accountability whatsoever. This is taking money for a service with no delivery and the advertisers that pay for adverti*****ts do not get their rightful coverage as well. ON THE DOT as a distribution company is guilty of total neglect with no accountability. Rather not sell a service than taking money that is not earned in an honest fashion.. I would like to keep on promoting the newspaper as well as to promote Afrikaans, but the delivery system used is failing us all.
