We ordered expensive books harry potter for my daughter with a value of over R4000 in June 2022. They never arrived, we requested a refund. It was suppose to come in june 2022... It never was refunded. Now their website is closed and no response is ever made to emails. Big ****** Raru online, don't care just ***** my 9 year olds money. Disgraceful.

Ordered a DVD on the 31st March 2022 & almost a year later they have not contacted me even once to keep me in the loop. I followed up with Bronwynne almost 6 months ago & the excuse was that they were waiting for stock. I log on to the site today & it no longer exists.

We ordered some expensive books for clients with a value of over R3000 in July 2022. They never arrived so in October 2022 we requested a refund. It was promised to us by end October 2022... It never was refunded. Now their website is closed and no response is ever made to emails. Terrible that the people involved in Raru online, don't care about their customers and just steal their money. Shameful.

Heh. Not only did the RARU owners steal our money, they also made fools of us all, and they just simply got away with it. Funny how this country’s justice system works. It *****s the consumer over and pays the thief’s crimes and expenses. They’re laughing at us, skipping all the way to the bank.

They stole my money and never delivered my order. Blaming international shipping issues due to backlogs and that. However, now they're MIA entirely.

I placed an order on 05 June 2022 and cancelled it on 23 August 2022 due to it not being delivered. Despite many promises and excuses by Raru, I have not been refunded to date. It seems like e-mails from my e-mail address have now been blocked as my last e-mail to Raru was returned undelivered.
