I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding the quality of construction and finishing work on the property I recently purchased in a new development, Newinbosch. Since taking occupation, I have observed numerous defects and poor workmanship. These issues are not only disappointing but also fall far below the standards promised during the sales process and expected from a newly built home.

Raubex Building, The receptionist is very rude. I called to make business and have spoken to Mr Jannie De Villiers with my proposal. I left my contact details and called in different times but she is just gatekeeping and rude. The number I called is 0126489400.

I was the Quarry Manager on one of their Quarries for 10 years, Regional Manager walked into my Office on the 6th February 2015 said to me you turn 60 on the 18th February 2015 your last working day is 27th February 2015, I requested a 2 year extension which was turned down, (Company Policy) but having followed other Company Members, they have worked after turning 60. Why I was picked on no idea.

Not happy with how long it takes for one to get their refund on their deposit. I moved out August of this year and to date o haven’t received my refund. The lack of proper communication is what irks me the most

It's deeply concerning when a business fails to take accountability for the quality of their work, especially in the case of building new houses that develop structural issues within a short period. When a home shows signs of cracking within five years, it indicates a significant problem, potentially linked to the materials or construction methods used. From a consumer perspective, this situation is distressing. It's not just about the financial investment but also the emotional attachment and sense of security that a home should provide. A business that avoids taking responsibility for using substandard materials or construction practices is not only ********* but also erodes trust in their brand and raises serious questions about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
