Do NOT move to WOODWIND ESTATES!!! The pits!
This is probably the worst property company to associate with. I'm currently a tenant at one of their properties (WOODWIND ESTATES) and I've had the worst experience. They male silly mistakes like switching off tenant's power supply claiming they haven't paid rent, when they in actual fact have, they hardly answer their landline (0117949390), they don’t send statements on time, and there's absolutely no sense of urgency!

This is probably the worst property company to associate with. I'm currently a tenant at one of their properties (WOODWIND ESTATES) and I've had the worst experience. They male silly mistakes like switching off tenant's power supply claiming they haven't paid rent, when they in actual fact have, they hardly answer their landline (0117949390), they don’t send statements on time, and there's absolutely no sense of urgency!

Worst service
My house had cracks for over 3 years now and they still haven’t fixed them. Someone came to my in Woodwind estate to look at the cracks and left the company before fixing, I then called again logged another case a guy called Lotto came and told me they could not fix some of the cracks because they are old but had raised the issue earlier and the first guy the coy. Lotto came and did half job when I phoned to follow up he told that they are waiting for paint that was over an ago . Lotto is always sitting in the counter by our gate and not doing his job. I am tired of following up on him hence I decided to take this route. I also still have issues with floods and a small gate which complained about but it’s not been attended. I don’t know what kind of a developer fail with such measurement because all gates sizes should be the same but mine is small. I bought a fridge which couldn’t fit I had to ask my neighbor to keep it for me while I wait for sumsung people come to disassemble it assemble which I had to pay. I wonder how was this structure approved. This company doesn’t care about their customers no matter how much you complain they just don’t care

Worst service

Sink Holes at Lufhereng ext 6
This company does not care and they build houses that are too close to each other, they do not attend to complaints and dont care. At Lufhereng ext 6 they have built houses on land that is full of sink holes and house owners walls are breaking and falling next it will houses.

Rude, bad services
Never ever rent from this developer. I currently stay in Piccolo close and last week municipality switched off electricity due to none payment of the services. I called their offices and the receptionist was so rude pointing fingers to the management agent instead of being professional and ensuring me as their tenant that they will sort it out. I asked to be transferred to her manager and she put me through the financial manager who you could hear he is not bothered and not interested in what I have to say. We didn't have electricity for 2 days and they were not even apologetic about it.

Rude, bad services

MY Electricity swicthed off Illegally.
I live at Woodwind Estate and they have switched off my Electricity for over a week because my account is on arrears. This is illegal as my rent is not linked to my electricity. Raudev developments do not care about their tenant and always practice inhuman acts against their tenants.

Raudev Development: Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in.
Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve been bathing with cold or warm water from their geysers and when I ask them to come fix their geyser they tell me that their geysers have mixers inside which is why the water doesn’t need to be mixed with cold water but if that’s the case why do I bath with cold water 90% of the time? And their handyman took out his geyser mixer coz he had the same issue but now it’s okay for us to bath with cold water. On top of that they bombard us with extra payments called “ Fixed Network fees” in the middle of our leases which were not even included or spoken about prior to such lease activation then 2 months later they increase the so called “ Fixed network fee” then a month later they say they will be increasing rental by 8%. I asked to have my lease transferred to someone else as I couldn’t deal with this development company and they said it’s not possible. Why is it possible with every other rental development but not yours? The gates are always not work, they are open for 24/7 and they say we are safe and our cars are safe. How? And then now I gave them a notice to move out, they decided to not let their handyman know . I cleaned the place and moved out, they have the keys in possession but they are sending me emails to pay them rent and now they have registered me to credit bureaus and they want to blacklist me. For what exactly? Coz they even still have my deposit that I haven’t even received.

Raudev refusing to pay me back my deposit
I gave 7 weeks notice to my landlord/ agent, made sure the place was clean before i moved out and they found a new tenant on time but they refuse to pay me back my deposit. they are claiming that they incurred costs.
