Annamaria Leach and Chiara ***nley WARNING!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!!! REVOLTING, DIGUSTING, I AM VOMITING WRITING THIS JUST THINKING ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. THEY NOR THERE HEAD OFFICE TAKES ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR BEHAVOIUR. BECARFUL THEY WILL HIJACK YOUR PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO. THIS IS THE AGENT AND PRINCIPAL OF THE BRANCH. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. I PROPMISE YOU YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM MARK MY WORDS!!!!!

This branched tenanted my property 15months ago and from DAY ONE was the experience a complete nightmare!! From charging me addition fees not one of their agents disclosed and took no responsibility for to hijacking my property like a professional *****!

Most recently, after consulting a lawyer and having him CC in all the communication, they refused to hand my tenants over to me. I had at no point been consulted asking if i wanted to renew their contarcts rather Rawson went ahead renewed the contracts. I asked for documentation from the agent and principal proving I renewed these leases they sent me blank docs saying sign the below. They stated I received the rent so its binding. I was then told you better sign and in 12 months time you can then decide if you want to back out of the agreement. This was the same threat that was made 15months earlier. PLEASE FIND YOUR LAWYER AND LET HIM/HER READ THIS. Is that valid?

Wait im not done. When I spoke to my lawyer and 2 other agency's to proof read the emails and contracts, every single one agreed this was *****. I the contracts they forced the tenants to sign was no binding as we the OWNERS did not approve it.

I followed the guidance of my lawyer reached out to my tenants and this is where things took a turn for the worst!! The feedback i received left me shaking, i vomited!! They had the worst experience to date and questioned me as to why I would do business with this DEMONS. I advised them RAWSON did NOT have a contact with me and they will pay me directly. I requested access to my property, as another agent was willing to assist me. They refused access to my property for an entire MONTH! I THE OWNER was not allowed to access it in any way, speak to my tenants nothing. ANNAMARIA AND CHIRA OWNED MY PROPERTY!!

Soon after they where threated and told if they where to answer my calls or be in contact with me they would be blacklisted!! The tenants obviously were terrified.

I escalated the matter to there head office. WHAT A JOKE. I cant tell who acted worse. The agents and principal or HO. Both repeated the threats made and advised if I where to pull out of the contract there would be penalties. As there power out ways my own, they clearly stated. NOT A SINGLE PERSON TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTIONS. RATHER THE OWNERS WHERE AT FAULT FOR THE SICKING PRACTICES OF THIS COMPANY. IT IS SICKING. I WISH I COULD FIND BETTER WORDS TO DISCRIBE THIS EXPERIENCE. ALL I CAN SAY IS DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DEMONS.

MY MISTAKE WAS I READ THE REVIEWS AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OK BECAUSE AT THE TIME I WORKED FOR RAWSON AND MY MENTOR REFERRED THEM TO BE HE KNEW THEM PERSONALLY. IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. THANK GOD I DO NOT WORK FOR THAT HORRIED HELL MANAGED PLACE ANY LONGER!!!! TODATE I HAVE NOT HEARD A SINGLE PERSON SAY ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS BRNACH OR THE COMPANY AS A WHOLE.

THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES AS THEY GO ALONG TO SUITE THEM. BASICALLY IN SIMPLE TERMS ITS WHITE PEOPLE AND THEIR ENTITLED ATTITUDE THINKING THAT BECAUSE IM COLOURED IM NOTHING AND THEY CAN DO SAY AND ACT AS THEY PLEASE. UNGODLY DEMONIC CREATURES.
