Worst experience as a landlord

The worst Estate Agent ever. After a 7 months lease, i am the landlord and being told the tenant didnt pay the deposit (clearly they are trying to keep this for themselves), when i went to their offices to understand what was happening, the owner Chiara ***nley shouted, swore and insulted me with racial comments. Now they refusing to engage with me and keeping the deposit to themselves. This is the worst experience by far!!!!
