App**** to rent a property, landlord chose someone else. Rawson stole my money from me claiming they had carried out a credit check when they knew they were never going to pick me. They just wanted extra money. Albert Van Der Spuy was the rental agent. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. He is a rude, sarcastic, nasty piece of work and I will shout it as far as the hills can take me. Absolutely no way in hell will I ever consider Rawson Properties after my encounter with that man.

App**** to rent a property, landlord chose someone else. Rawson stole my money from me claiming they had carried out a credit check when they knew they were never going to pick me. These are the type of agencies that make people not want to rent! Absolutely disgusting. My sister in law gave notice to cancel her lease within the LEGAL stipulated 20 business day period. She has been given the run around. The agent states that the photos she took to advertise the place are poor and he must take photos yet he has failed to do so. Further to this the place has not been advertised yet. THEIR NONSENSICAL CONTRACT STATES THAT SHOULD THEY NOT FIND A NEW TENTANT THE THE CURRENT TENTANT IS LIABLE FOR RENT. But the agents don't do their job? My sister in law already paid the penalty fee to advertise the place yet the agent is not doing their job to advertise. You guys are squeezing rent from people, behind the notion of not finding tenants. I SUGGEST EVERYONE WHO RENTS AND HAS AN ISSUE THAT IS IN LINE WITH CPA LAWS TO TAKE THEM TO THE RENTAL HOUSING TRIBUNAL!!
