Request for clearance at credit bureau and ITC

Hi I app**** for debt counselling with siyaya debt solution in January 2024. after 3 months I then decided to cancel the debt review with them and continue to pay my account at my own pace because I didn't see any changes from my debts the balance remained the same even though I paid them every month. My problem now is that my name still appears on debt review when I tried to apply apply credit on other stores, I request for a clearance letter on 07 April 2014 ,but they did not reply me till this date. I don't know what to do or where to go to solve this matter please help because I also tried to contact them but their number is no longer available
