My withdrawal Has Not been Paid . 48 Hours Have passed

Very Bad Service. 48 Hours have passed I still haven't received my withdrawal. They keep on asking me for bank statement for 2 days now. They sent me proof of payment via email still the money has not arrived. They calling me saying they are escalating my withdrawal. How can you escalate money that you claim you have sent 2 days ago. They are buying time. I do not know what for unless. They do not have funds to pay for withdrawals. Be careful of this broker. It's starting to **** clients now.
