Disgusted
Disgusted with the technicians that came out to my place to come and check out my shower. They argued with me in my house, said I said things which was impossible. Was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They said I should get the newer shower head but only explained to me why now, after they replaced the element just 8 months ago. When asked why he didn't tell me this then, he said he did, which he didn't, and he was persistent that he did. Then walked out of here, like a ammatuer disrespectful ***ard. Their service is horrible. Their technicians shouldn't work with people as they don't know how. That video on the adverti*****ts is all a front. Horrible horrible service. I am in awe.

i asked the lady that answred the phone if the electric shower heads are sabs approved and approved by the electrical asociation for safety . and her answer was yes . so i bought two at 850 each + postage its called the super ducha combe white . they told me i must uses a 4mm cable with earth and a twin pole 40 amp switch and a earth leakage at at the db board .got a electrition to fit it and as u switch it on it trips the power .if you remove the earth it works but if u touch the shower head it shocks u .u dont need to be an expert to wire this thing up as it only has two wires and a earth. there engineer also say it must work but how can you have a electrical element that is exposed to the water ,there fore a direct short .the wire and switches 1850. 00 rand and the electrician is 2000. rand .and now the must pay my money back and i will send them there shower heads back . but the engineer has a master deg and comes up with lots of storys

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I HAD MY SHOWER HEAD LESS THAN A MONTH AND IT STOPPED WORKING, TOOK IT BACK AND THEY TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET BACK TO ME ONLY TO TELL MY THEY CANNOT FIX THE SHOWER HEAD. I PAID HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A THING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO LAST 3+ YEARS. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE AS LONG AS THEY MAKE MONEY.

Bad company bad service sorry I ever bought anything thete
They don’t deliver and lie and cover up for each other they don’t call to cancel yet u have to wait all day for installation that never arrived, then they lie and say they called when they never called very unprofessional
