i asked the lady that answred the phone if the electric shower heads are sabs approved and approved by the electrical asociation for safety . and her answer was yes . so i bought two at 850 each + postage its called the super ducha combe white . they told me i must uses a 4mm cable with earth and a twin pole 40 amp switch and a earth leakage at at the db board .got a electrition to fit it and as u switch it on it trips the power .if you remove the earth it works but if u touch the shower head it shocks u .u dont need to be an expert to wire this thing up as it only has two wires and a earth. there engineer also say it must work but how can you have a electrical element that is exposed to the water ,there fore a direct short .the wire and switches 1850. 00 rand and the electrician is 2000. rand .and now the must pay my money back and i will send them there shower heads back . but the engineer has a master deg and comes up with lots of storys

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I HAD MY SHOWER HEAD LESS THAN A MONTH AND IT STOPPED WORKING, TOOK IT BACK AND THEY TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH TO GET BACK TO ME ONLY TO TELL MY THEY CANNOT FIX THE SHOWER HEAD. I PAID HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A THING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO LAST 3+ YEARS. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE AS LONG AS THEY MAKE MONEY.

They don’t deliver and lie and cover up for each other they don’t call to cancel yet u have to wait all day for installation that never arrived, then they lie and say they called when they never called very unprofessional

Don't ever fit a heated shower Head if anything happens they don't replace or fix your heated head I've been stuck 2 weeks with no hot water in my shower. Everyday I message I'm told no stock yet they out fitting new heads for new unsuspecting clients who don't know they stuck with that head after it's fitted

Unprofessional and ********* company
Terrible experience from this company, selling defective items and then blaming you for using the showers incorrectly even though they said the showers came with a 1 year warranty. Bought 4 instant heat showers in March 2024, 2 months later an element burnt out and in December the shower gave up completely from that same shower, waited 5 days for feedback and then they say its negligence and won't replace. Bare in mind, i had all 4 installed at same time by a professional electrician and its only the one thats having the issues. Will never buy or refer them to anyone

POOR QUALITY PRODUCT AND EVEN WORST SERVICE
Since I tried to install this tap I have been back in contact with your store 3 times : 1. The water was gushing out of everywhere beside the top tap - you tech guy then adjust a pipe in the head of this thing 2. The element was broking didnt warm the water - Tech guy replaced it 3. NOW - the bottom section of this tap is leaking Clearly this is the product you sold - its time you replace my device!! 3 Problems with same thing. I have been extremely patient, but this is way to much. The Store Attended at Morgenster Br in Mitchells Plain literally spoke to my electrician of the my cell phone about what I need to install it WITHOUT ONCE letting me know that my guarantee falls away if they don't install it themselves. She is oh to happy to explain all the t and c;s now to me after the fact and throws the book at me each time Ii have had to waste my money to get in touch with them to when something is wrong their product . Not only do I have to wait a day for tech guy to assist me, I have to call them for follow up and there is NO WAY, I am possible to reach the next level. All i am faced with is the store a assistant who know remembers all the whys its not their problem and tech guy who has to fix the faulty product she sold me. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE IN THIS COMPANY WHO IS WILLING TO HELP ME ? or is the level of service and quality of product R&D Technologies offers

R&D technologies are scam artists. Caused serious water damage and have since ignored me.
In november I bought a Granducha instant shower. R&D came and installed it. The device worked fine for a month and then a leak formed between the wall and the tiles. It has spread to the floor and the water damage has been increasing since. Using the whatsapp number of R&D, i explained the situation and sent video clips as per request. They said the technician would contact me. He has not contacted me, does not take my calls and does not answer my texts. The same goes for their main contact number. Horrible experience.
