Horrible Customer service.

They done half a job. When I asked the tenant two weeks later if they finished I was told no they didn’t. Not once did they contact me to ask when can they come back. After I contacted them they apologized for the oversight.

They quoted me for repairs. I accepted the quote. They broke some piece in the sink. Demanded that the tenants must pay for it. This is after I paid them for the job.

Just be wary of them. They love to overcharge you. Not sure why the insurance is sticking with this company.
