Have never dealt with a company like this before. I have been waiting for a week now for a manager to phone me. Staff tell you they are not allowed to escalate matters to a manager. Oefentse is never at the office. Got notified at 15:00 before a long weekend that my service will be terminated within a week. Where in your life do you give a client a week to find a new service provider, refuse to return their calls, and simply say we tried to advise you but could not get a hold of you. Yet after one sms I immediately contacted you back. Unprofessional and lazy service. Avoid at all costs. Took me how long to get a refund from them.

This is the worst ISP. I have been with them since 2020. I sent a notice for my cancellation at the beginning of December. I have been given countless stories regarding logging a call with VOX, something that has nothing to do with me. My contract was always with Real Broadband. The after sales service is the worst you could ever find. It's March now and my fibre line still has not been released.

This is the worst company to deal with, they are not transparent and they don't communicate. The only time they would communicate is when they suspend your services and still expect you to pay for a service you never used, this company is a **** and a total nightmare to deal with. I honestly regret using their services, and they're terribly expensive, my advise is never ever get into an agreement with them, i hate real broadbrand solutions with passion.......😤😡

The worst customer service department. I have been without internet for 3 hours and no response from them but my messages are delivered. The only time this company is prompt is when they cut you off for missing payment. Stay Away

Don't use Realbroadband, they do not process cancelations, and will send you invoice after invoice, and debit your account after cancelling and then send letters of demand. On the 4th of October 2023 I called Real Broad Brand to inform them we would no longer require their services as we would be moving out to a new property in mid-October, due to calendar notice, the last month would be November 2023. They acknowledged and said the cancelation request would be processed. Low and behold we received an invoice to pay for the month of Dec 2023. I called them on the 22nd November querying this and was informed that this was a clerical error and they would not debit us, a Whatsapp was also sent, and they responded they would send a communication to their finance department. But… of course they did debit us, so I reversed the debit order and placed a block on them. Today I received a letter of demand, CAN YOU BELIVE IT, a letter of demand. If you would be happy with this type of “service” they hey… by all means go for Realbroadband.

They sell you a dream! Free month, free router and fast service. Until you sign up with them! Then its no contact and terrible service - actually no service at all. The representative that signed you up doesn't answer your calls, you have to search for the company online and contact them, only for the person at head office to tell you that they receive a report every Tuesday to tell you that they "waiting to go live" they cannot give you further information as they do not have any. In the interim, they are waiting for more more people to sign up in area BEFORE they will actually go live in your area. Until then, they will not give you the answers you are looking for, switch on your fibre, "go live", answer you questions directly, or assist you in anyway!
