Andre Muambongue lack of business ethics and professionalism
Friday 20th I requested to view a rental property in Sandton that I had an interest in. I spoke with Andre Muambongue. He asks what time I'd like to view for the following day, and I propose 10:30am. He tells me he can only do 11am, so I agree for 11am. He then sends me a message at night that we'll have to move the viewing to 12:30pm as his principal wants to meet him on Saturday at 11am. So I tell him I'll have a meeting at 12pm, and I'll be available on Sunday. I then text him again Saturday asking if he's available because my Saturday meeting wrapped up quickly, and he sets up our viewing for 3pm Saturday. While I waited for him the whole Saturday afternoon, he calls exactly at 3pm saying he won't make it. I then reprimand him about his professionalism since I postponed my family outing to meet him. Instead of apologizing he shouts at me that I can't talk about his professionalism and that he won't give me a chance to talk on the call. This behavior is barbaric and intolerable, Andre Muambongue doesn't RESPECT other people's time and I will review this company all over social media until he apologizes for his actions.

Sam Olopade very incompetent and unprofessional
I did a application for a apartment in Honeydew with Sam Olopade which got approved and he sent me a lease agreement to sign and then afterwards I sent it back to him. On the lease he wasn't even listed as a agent it was Ayo Olayeni that was listed. I spoked to Sam on the 31st of August to know when will everything be finalized so that I can get access to sanitize and fumigate the place so that if I move in It will be much easier. He said I should take the keys from the cleaners this morning 1st of September 2021 so that I can do my things and move in if I am in a hurry then I can do the payment later when the owner has sent the lease back. He ended up sending me an FNB account number via whatsapp and I told him he is unprofessional and needs to send me a signed lease with the account number and why should I go and see if the cleaner is there to get keys from? I called Ayo Olayeni for some clarity on how their business works because this is unprofessional and incompetent, he told me that they still waiting for the landlord to approve whilst I already signed a lease agreement, I was waiting for the owner to sign the contract and send back to me but it never happened. Sam send me this whatsapp supposedly from the owner "[9/1, 2:06 PM] Hi Sam, sorry for just getting back to you. This applicant doesn't look viable enough. She doesn't earn enough. Please let's keep looking. [9/1, 2:06 PM] Thank You for your help". How do you approve something if the owner didn't approve it? Why do you send account number's if something is not approved? Why should a tenant fetch keys from cleaners? How can a agent not put their name and details on the contract yet a different one is there that you do not know? Why does he only communicate via whatsapp and not email? I do not recommend this agent to anyone he doesn't know what he is doing and is rude, incompetent and needs to learn more on his communication skills.

Very bad Rental Agent - makes you pay and repaint for normal wear and tear
Do not deal with Wasiu - Real Choices Properties. I moved into Bavitana Complex in Northgate in January 2020. When I moved in the previous tenant was made to repaint the whole apartment before he could get his deposit. The same has just happened to me...I am told to repaint the whole lounge and part of other rooms simply because my couch scratched part of the wall and made it dirty. I have repainted with that part of the wall. I am still not getting my deposit because the new white paint should look exactly the same as the old white (which has lost some whiteness). Very arrogant and capitalist of this agent. Otherwise just don't deal with this guy!! Crooked!!

Katleho Maboya is a bad business woman
I had signed a year lease with Real Choices Property and owner Katleho Maboya, I put in my notice to move out when my lease ends and now the owner is refusing to give me my deposit back. I'm tired of fighting her. I need my deposit back. I honoured the lease, she should do the same on her end.

Katleho Maboya is a bad business woman
