UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER ON MY BANK ACCOUNT

You can't even get hold of them via their contact details that they give to clients. The contact number (0828400167) goes on voicemail and if you want to hang up it goes off. The contact number (010 492 0475) keeps on being an engage tone/please try again later without ringing. Please advise urgently before I take legal action. I will explore all avenues to expose these types of practices.
