Unauthorized debit order

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experience with Reargentum(which I know nothing about it). I discovered that an unauthorized debit order was processed from my Capital Bank account(R129) without my consent. This has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.

I have always been cautious about sharing my banking information, and I was shocked to see a transaction that I did not authorize.
